Refund Policy
At Pretty and Pure Candle Company we take great care in crafting our handmade candles to the highest standards. Due to the delicate nature of essential oils and our commitment to product safety, we do not accept returns for change of mind or unwanted items. This policy ensures that all customers receive products of uncompromised quality. We do however offer exchanges or refunds for faulty or damaged goods.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 5 days of receipt.
To process your claim, we require the following:
A clear photo of the fault or damage.
Your order number or proof of purchase.
Please note:
All candles are hand-poured, which means slight variations may occur. This includes minor differences in wax finish, wick placement (which may not always be perfectly central), and overall appearance. These do not affect the performance of the candle.
Due to the natural attributes of essential oils, the wax colour and wooden lids may vary slightly from batch to batch and may differ from the images displayed online. These variations are normal and are part of the charm of handmade products.
Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate. Refunds take up to 14 days to process. Exchanges are made upon receipt of original products in their original packaging.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, our candles are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period due to hygiene and safety concerns.
